E-commerce & consumer information (Lag 2002:562; Distansavtalslagen)

  • Products: Handmade ceramic items. Each piece is unique; minor variations in size, colour and finish may occur.

  • Prices: Displayed in [currency] and include Swedish VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Ordering & payment: Payment methods appear at checkout. An order confirmation is sent by email; the contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods.

  • Shipping & delivery: Orders normally dispatch within 3–5 business days. Transit times are estimates. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and fees.

  • Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt): Consumers in the EU/EEA have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom/made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.

  • Complaints (Reklamation): You have a statutory right to complain about defects for three (3) years under the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us promptly and within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Returns & damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

We aim to resolve issues directly. If we cannot, consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
This Legal Notice and all purchases are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish court, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
